Azza Ahmed received her BS, MS, and DNS degrees in nursing from Faculty of Nursing, University of Cairo, Egypt. Dr. Ahmed is certified as an International Board Lactation Consultant.

Research: Breast feeding Preterm infants

Dr. Ahmed's research interests include breastfeeding preterm infant childhood obesity, and cultural diversity.

Teaching

Dr. Ahmed teaches courses on life span, growth and development, and pediatric nursing.
