The Family Health Clinic is the Hoosier Healthwise Enrollment Center for Carroll County.
Adult health services include:
- Yearly wellness physical exams (including wellness, DOT/CDL and work physicals)
- Free blood pressure screening
- Vision and hearing testing
- Health promotion and health maintenance education
- Smoking cessation programs
- Illness diagnosis and treatment of minor illnesses
- Management of chronic stable conditions
- Blood sugar checks for diabetes
- Cholesterol and triglyceride screening
- Laboratory testing
Woman's health services include:
- Yearly physical exams
- Pap smears (may be free for women who are eligible)
- Mammogram referral (may be free for women who are eligible)
- Free pregnancy testing
- Smoking cessation programs
- Hoosier Healthwise enrollment for pregnant women
Men's health services include:
- Yearly physical exams
- Prostate screening (including free PSA for men age 50-70 or earlier if positive family history)
- Smoking cessation programs
